Yesterday’s answer:
A The death of a missionary in the late 1880’s
From the life of Susan Leggett Clark: Susan became the mother of ten children, all
born in Farmington, Utah. She liked to take the time to do things well and was
an excellent seamstress.
She loved poetry and sometimes wrote it. She loved a
beautiful yard and garden with lawn and flowers.
Susan cared for aged family members, and in 1888 she
arranged for her aged aunt Susanna Leggett to come to America and live with
her.
Her son, John Alexander, died while on a mission in
Palestine which was very difficult for her since it was not possible to bring
his body home for burial. His grave later helped BYU receive permission for
their center in Jerusalem.
