Ezra Booth has always taken a bad rap in the church, mostly in part because he was one of the first apostates. He fell away as fast as he had joined. We know that he joined the church based on a miracle, Joseph Smith healing Elsa Johnson’s arm. Apparently though, according to Marinda Hyde, he was interested in the new religion because of what?
