Tabernacle Attire

For those who attended concert in the Tabernacle to hear the Tabernacle Choir and the organ, there was a dress code, even if it was pioneer times. What was early Utah resident Evan Stephens sent home for because he wasn’t wearing one in the Tabernacle?

a.      A scarf

b.      A tie

c.       A long sleeved shirt

d.      A coat

Yesterday’s answer:

a.      15

Joseph J. Daynes, the organist, must have been one of Utah’s earliest musical prodigies. As soon as the main parts of the Tabernacle were finished in 1867, he was appointed organist, although only fifteen years old at the time.
