It was said
that Joseph Smith stood a commanding 6’ tall. That was definitely considered larger for his day, however, today that’s just average. But
what about Oliver Cowdery? We know how he measured up spiritually, however,
what about physically? How tall was Oliver Cowdery?
a.
6’ 1”
b.
5’ 5”
c.
6’ 4”
d.
5’ 2”
Yesterday’s answer:
(D) 1,000 books
Now came the great
task of publishing the manuscript as a book. For perspective, consider that
large print jobs of that day were 2,000 copies of a two-to three-page pamphlet
or 1,000 copies of a book.
Joseph and Oliver
searched for a printer who would take on the mammoth order they had in
mind-5,000 copies of a 590-page book.
