endowments?
If of a naturally ripe and early
development of mind and body, as early as twelve years, but as a general rule
fifteen years old is early enough.
This may seem incredible this day in age,
although, when one considers how early people, especially women, married in
those early years of the Church, this then would all make sense.

This
young lady married Alfred Fisk Stout in March of 1872 when only thirteen years
old.
