Joseph Smith
When Joseph
Smith was asked why he walked with his head hung down, what was his response?
a.
His head was
full and heavy
b.
Looking up
leads to visions which leads to more concerns than he can deal with
c.
He always
wanted to smell good and he can’t smell good looking up due to the horse and
cattle droppings in Nauvoo streets
d.
Looking down
is a form of submission. I submit to my people
Yesterday’s answer:
(B) They took their clothes off while herding
cattle across the South Platte
Because the
South Platte was flooding, the cattle balked at crossing the river, so Orley
took off his clothes and jumped in the river to herd them across: “Bro. A. Stratton
and myself had walked about 2 miles without anything on except a coat through a
vast lot of wagons, meeting men, women and children” before he could retrieve
his pants.
