Yesterday’s answer

a.      John Taylor

While John Taylor was living in New York City in 1855 as editor of The Mormon he caught wind of a number of plans to overthrow the Church. One of the more interesting ideas was brought to his attention by the American Bible Association. It was their plan to flood Utah Territory with Bibles thinking to convert the “Godless” Mormons. John Taylor was all for the plan going so far as to visit their office offering his services if they thought it would help the cause. John Taylors only request was that the Bibles were well bound.
