Another Apology. . . . Well, Kind of . . .

In 1976, the State of Missouri apologized to the LDS Church for the extermination order issued by Governor Boggs on 27 October 1838. In 2004, the Church received another apology from where?

A)     Illinois

Yesterday’s answer:

Joseph Smith became a Mason on March 15, 1842. The number of Masons grew dramatically, with the Nauvoo Lodge eventually growing to some 1,500 members, compared to 157 in the rest of Illinois and only 2,072 in the rest of the United States.
