Levi Hancock
Over the course of this blog, I’ve shared
many stories related to the Hancock family. Most center on Levi and his son
Mosiah. They were an incredible family with great faith, and a great pen to
record their lives (hint: hopefully you’re doing the same so that someday a
future family member will say the same about you.) How many people did Levi
Hancock (Early member of the Quorum of the Seventy and spiritual leader to the
Mormon Battalion) help baptize and confirm in one meeting?
A)

B)

The
following is from Benjamin Brown’s autobiography who lived during the Nauvoo
years of the Church. Pay attention to how he administers to the sick.
“The oil arriving, we administered some to
her internally, in the name of the Lord, when she arouse without assistance. .
